He cites transportation as unfinished business for the group but makes no suggestions for solving the problem.  What I\u2019d curious about is the Foundation\u2019s stance on the \u201cCharter Schools\u201d idea that will separate UVa., Tech and W&#038;M from the rest of the state\u2019s colleges.  There are those who think the rest of the Commonwealth\u2019s higher ed institutions will get the short end of the stick.
