Subcommittee votes are not recorded, but <a href=\"http:\/\/www.timesdispatch.com\/servlet\/Satellite?pagename=RTD%2FMGArticle%2FRTD_BasicArticle&#038;c=MGArticle&#038;cid=1031780346099&#038;path=%21news&#038;s=1045855934842\">reports<\/a> say two Democrats voted against it.  The Dems on the committee are Hall, D.C. Jones, Armstrong and Ware.
