For the life of me I can’t understand lawmakers like Sen. Bill Bolling, R-Hanover, who insist on coddling red light runners.

Well, in that case, let’s take cameras out of bank lobbies. After all, they’re an infringement of the right to rob, I guess. Or how about searches at airports. Don’t hijackers have some rights, too?
